Mall hours
Open during regular operating hours, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

If you are on-site and need help, speak with mall security or a nearby retailer. They can direct you to the nearest exit, first-aid kit, or accessible route.
If there is a fire alarm
• Leave by the nearest marked exit. Do not use elevators.
• Follow staff and posted directions to assembly points outside.
• Do not re-enter the building until cleared by emergency services.
If you witness a medical emergency
• Call 911 first. Stay on the line with the dispatcher.
• Alert mall security or any retailer so staff can guide responders in.
• Do not move the person unless they are in immediate danger.
If you see suspicious activity
• If you feel in danger, call 911.
• Otherwise call VPD non-emergency: 604-717-3321.
• Note the location, time and description. Do not confront anyone.
If you are asked to shelter in place
• Move into the nearest store or back-of-house area away from windows.
• Silence your phone and follow staff direction.
• Wait for an all-clear from emergency services or staff.
