A paid surface parking lot sits next to the mall, accessed from the Nelson Street side of the building.
The parking lot is independently operated.
The lot is owned and managed by a third-party operator (signage on site shows the current operator and contact details). Denman Place Mall does not own, operate, or control this lot. We cannot issue refunds, void tickets, validate parking, adjust rates, or resolve disputes. For any parking issue, whether payment, tickets, towing or a lost car, please contact the parking-lot operator directly using the signage in the lot.
