Parking
Adjacent paid parking lot
A paid surface parking lot sits next to the mall, accessed from the Nelson Street side of the building.
The parking lot is independently operated.
The lot is owned and managed by a third-party operator (signage on site shows the current operator and contact details). Denman Place Mall does not own, operate, or control this lot. We cannot issue refunds, void tickets, validate parking, adjust rates, or resolve disputes. For any parking issue, whether payment, tickets, towing or a lost car, please contact the parking-lot operator directly using the signage in the lot.
Paid metered parking is available along Denman, Nelson, Comox and nearby side streets. Rates and time limits are set by the City of Vancouver. PayByPhone works at every meter.
Designated accessible parking is available in the adjacent lot and on nearby streets. Holders of a valid SPARC BC accessible-parking permit can park free at any City of Vancouver meter, subject to posted time limits.
The mall is two blocks from the Seaside Bike Route at English Bay, part of Vancouver’s separated cycling network. Bike racks are available outside the main Denman Street entrance.
Mobi by Shaw Go bike-share stations are located along Denman and Davie Streets within a short walk.
Walking
On foot, the mall is about 5 minutes from English Bay Beach and 10 minutes from the entrance to Stanley Park.
From downtown, take Robson, Davie or Pacific Street westbound and turn onto Denman. From the North Shore, cross the Lions Gate Bridge and follow Stanley Park Causeway to West Georgia Street, then south on Denman.
